Drink lots of water still

Despite fluid retention, it is still ideal to drink lots of water. If you are going to lose fluid due to exercise, you should replace it with new water. This time, fluid circulation will be better. It will help flush out toxins and other impurities from the body.

Get lots of sleep

If you can't have complete sleep the night before, you can try cat napping. If your baby is taking a nap, take a nap too. It will help normalize hormone production. Also, it helps reduce food binging. Those who feel sluggish during the day will want to eat more to replenish lost energy.

Give yourself a year to lose pregnancy weight. While celebrities may have shed off their baby weight in less than 7 months, we average people do not have experts surrounding us like them.
