What is your daily fitness routine?

 Making time to fit in your weight losing plan may seem daunting even impossible, after all we're all busy working and living right? Well I hate to say this but us humans are really good at making excuses for NOT doing something.

It's actually very simple, if we have enough time to sit in the pub, if we have enough time to sit on our butts in front of the TV, if we have enough time to lay in bed an extra half hour or more - I'm sure you're starting to get my drift here.

What is your daily fitness routine?

No matter what all your daily commitments may be there is always time for a fat-burning, weight-dropping, body-toning routine that'll make a massive difference to your overall quality of life. It takes only a very small amount of your time, so stop making excuses!

It all comes down to a few simple choices;

Home work-out or gym?

The choice is entirely yours and you just need to consider what's best for your lifestyle. You need 20 to 40 minutes or so of quality heart-rate hiking exercise a day, preferably at some time during the morning.

I got to tell you, first thing in the morning is my absolute favorite time and easy to fit in - it's quick, I don't have to concern myself with it again by trying to fit a session in around the evening family time or social life and I'm pumped and energized for the whole of the rest of the day. What more would anybody need?

So you could wake up a little earlier and have yourself a quick work-out at the gym on the way to work, depending of course on whether the gym is conveniently placed close enough for you to be able to do that, or simply do as I do and do it within the comfortable confines of your own home.

Choose a diet that best suits you

Remember now, you need to cut down on your calories but you don't want to be bored with what you're eating and you don't want to end up hungry or end up with no energy, so try a few alternatives until you're comfortable and fully satisfied by your choice.

Drink plenty of water, eat sugarless, wholesome foods and eat regular small meals throughout the day, at least 4 meals spaced out every two to three hours - not large meals once or twice a day, that's just plain wrong.

Have one or two pieces of fruit and a handful of nuts for a healthy between-meal snack.

In summary; just choose the best options for you and you'll find it's easier than you think to be able get yourself into great shape and stay that way. Just focus, set your targets and stick to them. Natural, speedy, and permanent weight loss isn't and has never been about overly complicated dieting systems and /or poisonous diet pills - it's all about simplicity, a bit of will-power and some genuine tried and tested weight loss knowledge.
